The Better Hearth is a family run business and has been trading from the same premises in Islington since 1976. In that time, we have provided our customers with a comprehensive service, from advice on styles, site surveys and professional installation.We have a large showroom with Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian fireplaces and also more contemporary designs.
Whilst we still stock a number of original pieces, we also have good quality reproductions, mantles in marble, wood and limestone, along with cast iron insets, baskets and stoves suitable for real or gas coal fires.
We pride ourselves on the service we offer and feel nobody in the fireplace industry works as hard to ensure our customers enjoy a smooth process from selecting their fireplace through to installation.
